today my gf and me went to Mainz to join the crowd in celebrating "Rosenmontag"...the streets were packed with masked people, drunk people, screaming, dancing and fighting people, police cars, emergency trucks...nevertheless it was quite fun...check out the pics below, to get at least a hint of what i am talking about...
